What You’ll Do
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional transformation projects across Accupac’s manufacturing, operations, quality, laboratory, customer service, maintenance, supply chain, IT, and business teams.
  • Manage end‑to‑end project execution, including project scope, planning, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, communication, change management, training, implementation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
  • Support major business transformation initiatives such as plant transfers, factory capability readiness, ERP implementation, process improvements, operational changes, and multi‑department technical projects.
  • Partner with manufacturing and site leadership to ensure project plans support safe operations, high‑quality production, customer commitments, and continued shipment of products.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, scorecards, KPIs, action plans, and status reporting to ensure projects stay aligned with business priorities.
  • Use Waterfall project management methodologies to manage complex initiatives from planning through execution, implementation, and stabilization.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to identify bottlenecks, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate new processes, systems, tools, and operating procedures into daily operations.
  • Apply structured change management methods to support employee adoption, reduce resistance, improve communication, and ensure long‑term success after implementation.
  • Track project performance using project‑specific KPIs such as on‑time delivery, budget adherence, productivity, quality metrics, adoption, training effectiveness, employee retention, out‑of‑spec reductions, and other business outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and influence teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by using data, business insights, and stakeholder feedback to make informed recommendations and drive measurable results.
  • Work independently to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑site manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience required, ideally leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Manufacturing experience required, with direct exposure to projects in a production facility, plant environment, GMP manufacturing operation, quality/laboratory setting, operations, maintenance, supply chain, ERP, or related technical business function.
  • Strong Waterfall project management experience required, including scope development, project planning, timeline management, budget tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, implementation, and post‑project stabilization.
  • Experience supporting plant transfers, facility transitions, ERP implementations, process improvements, operational readiness, training programs, or other large‑scale transformation initiatives strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex projects involving manufacturing operations, quality systems, laboratory teams, maintenance, customer service, systems, processes, and cross‑functional business impacts.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects involving four or more departments in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, quickly learn how a business operates, assess data, identify risks, and make clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong change management experience, including the ability to drive adoption, support training, reduce resistance, and help teams transition successfully to new processes, systems, or ways of working.
  • Data‑driven work style with experience defining and tracking project KPIs, scorecards, success metrics, productivity goals, quality improvements, retention impacts, cost savings, or other measurable outcomes.
