Preferred Qualifications

• 3-years supervisor/management experience
• Ability to multi-task and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making
• Self-motivated, driven to achieve success and focused on personal continuous improvement
• Ability to work and respond to stressful situations, environments and emergencies
• Gas scheduling experience for either retail and/or wholesale transactions and scheduling tools
• Demonstrated experience and subject matter knowledge of SCADA, ICS, Distribution Automation, Smart Grid, DMS, and ECS systems architecture.
• Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders
• Operational plant or utility experience
