Responsibilities
- Investigates value propositions within existing acquisition markets.
- Explores expansion into new markets utilizing familiarity with the inpatient rehabilitation and long term acute care facility business model.
- Defines objectives to gain market share and maximize profitability.
- Executes plans to make those objectives achievable.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with acquisition targets and internal stakeholders/partners throughout the diligence and acquisition process.
- Ability to travel 50%+ required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in healthcare industry required.
- Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience, as applicable, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field, preferred.
- Broad functional experience in the fundamentals of financial analysis, strategic planning, market research and value proposition creation.
- Excellent strategy, planning and execution skills with proven ability to deliver results.
- Effective written and verbal communicator with a demonstrated ability to present to audiences with a straight-forward style of communication.
- Commercial and business acumen; ability to recognize, and capitalize on, growth opportunities.
- Market knowledge along with prospecting and closing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience utilizing MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint software programs; effective decision making skills; ability to understand and produce usable data for marketing response to community needs.
- Aptitude to learn and understand PAM Health service offerings, programs and data management tools for positioning system services.
- Effective problem solver with ability to think outside-the-box to find solutions for customers.
Self-motivated. - Ability to travel 50%+ required.
