Opérateur Elaboration Polyvalent H/F

In the context of the development of our activities, the Elaboration service strengthens its teams on a sustainable basis at the Gensac-la-Pallue production site and recruits an Elaboration Operator Polyvalent H/F.

Attached to the Elaboration Manager, you intervene on the entire elaboration process of our spirits, from the reception of raw materials to the shipment of finished products.

Your main responsibilities are:

Elaboration & Production:

• Elaborate products in strict compliance with formulas, recipes, and processes
• Control key parameters (TAV, quality of waters, in-process tasting)
• Ensure the use of compliant and validated raw materials
• Apply FIFO rules rigorously

Reception & Shipment:

• Receive raw materials (documentary controls, seals, tasting)
• Organize the loading of cisterns and verify their conformity
• Prepare transfer documents and customs documents
• Ensure the shipment of compliant products

Quality, hygiene, safety:

• Apply the hygiene, safety, and quality rules of the site
• Participate in the compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and HACCP standards
• Fill out quality records and follow the cleaning plan
• Be an actor of continuous improvement

IT Follow-up & Traceability:

• Declare all alcohol and elaboration movements in dedicated tools and SAP
• Ensure the traceability of products and the archiving of samples

Equipment & Maintenance:

• Use and monitor equipment (filters, pumps, osmometer, ozoner…)
• Perform first-level maintenance
• Report any anomalies to the hierarchy and maintenance teams

Profile and skills sought:

• Comfortable with numbers and production data
• Experience or practice of an industrial ERP (ideally SAP)
• Ability to use Excel and manage simple formulas (tracking, controls, calculations)
• Interest in elaboration processes and product quality
• You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and enjoy working in a team

This position is subject to annual modulation, with daytime hours, in teams (2x8 or 3x8) depending on the needs of the activity.
