Job Description Role Summary

The R2 MES Digital Record Author independently manages digital record lifecycle activities and provides front-line support for MES execution. This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, supporting investigations, and improving operational performance.

• Independently author, update, and maintain MES digital records.
• Ensure compliance with MES standards, data integrity, and documentation requirements.
• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support for MES-related issues.
• Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align records with manufacturing processes.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with less experienced authors.

• Works independently on standard assignments.
• Actively contributes to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Balances execution, support, and continuous improvement activities.

• High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree (preferred).

• Experience working with MES digital records.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
