Business Operations Analyst - PO

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for maximizing resources, driving solutions, and enhancing PSECU’s member experience through the use of systems and automation.

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm. Hybrid model with a minimum of 40% onsite presence.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, review, and analyze business metrics and processes; suggest enhancements and design solutions for process improvement.
• Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational effectiveness through business automation and process improvements; assist ATM & Payment Operations in developing missing KPIs.
• Maintain partner relationships, establish and guide partners in the members’ best interest, and keep contracts efficient.
• Manage projects and enhancement requests using the EPMO and ASDM processes; develop requirements, test cases, status updates, implementation plans, and document process improvements.
• Represent ATM & Payment Operations across internal and external groups, building relationships to share information, learn new topics, and stay aware of industry trends.
• Provide leadership, collaboration, and guidance to stakeholders for development and management of solutions and processes in ATM and payments strategy units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, or Finance; or Bachelor’s degree in one of those fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology, business, finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and development of recommendations for solutions.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may also satisfy the requirements.
