DESCRIPTION
This position is #hybrid, in the office 3 days a week in Cranberry Township.
Floor PlanningFloor Planning is a specialized discipline focused on the strategic design and optimization of retail floor layouts to maximize product visibility, enhance shopper experience and support sales objectives.
You will need experience using Blue Yonder or AutoCAD to create and update floor plans
.
- Provide floor plans for assigned categories for your customers, including the analysis of financial data and the ability to provide insights at both the account and market level.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of client‑specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
- Develop and ensure that floor plans meet both the Customer’s and Client’s visual standards
, all the while increasing space for brands represented by Acosta based on sales performance. - Set up and run team meetings with Business Manager and clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and update all floor plans categories and/or sections for your customers.
- Responsible for quality control of data sources and ensuring accuracy of deliverables
, often requiring engagement with other BI associates and data/tool vendors.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement
Work Experience Requirements:
- Up to one year of related work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel and Power Point . Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
. - Experience with floor planning management tools like Blue Yonder or AutoCAD
- Clearly and concisely communicate relevant information to work with team members and internal and external clients effectively.
- Identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions
- Effectively and independently conduct data mining utilizing CPG math to clearly and concisely communicate relevant information
