E is partnering with an organization in Pittsburgh that is looking for a highly organized, energetic Project Manager to serve as the operational right hand to their Chief Information Officer (CIO). If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves bringing order to organized chaos, we'd love to hear from you

• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and key projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Identify roadblocks and proactively work with stakeholders to remove them.
• Facilitate meetings, capture next steps, and hold teams accountable for execution.
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift while maintaining organization and focus.
• Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.

• 4-8 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High-energy, proactive personality with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Experience managing technology or business initiatives is preferred.
