We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our business office functions.
About the Role:As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage budgets, and provide financial reporting to senior leadership. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the business office and other departments, providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, residents, and their families.
Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and frontline staff
Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OIG, and CMS
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
3+ years of experience in a business office or administrative role
Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
