  • Provide administrative and cross-functional support with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate modernization initiatives to move partner environments from legacy systems to the Connect Wise platform.
  • Collaborate with Software Consultants, Technical Services Specialists, and Modernization teams to align timelines and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate project kickoff calls, readiness reviews, and checkpoints to clarify scope, responsibilities, and adoption milestones.
  • Maintain consistent reporting and track risks, milestones, and executive summaries.
  • Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Drive accountability to ensure commitments are completed on time and meet project objectives.
  • Support partners' readiness for the Connect Wise platform, including structured handoffs and transition planning.
  • Track partner adoption milestones, identify readiness gaps, and escalate risks impacting long-term success.
  • Standardize delivery processes with modernization leadership to improve repeatability, adoption, and scalability.
  • Capture insights and lessons learned for continuous improvement across modernization programs.
