Office Services Site Manager

Full Time Position

Center Hours – 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.

Monday – Friday - 40 hours per week

Description:

The Office Services Site Manager must be highly motivated, customer focused and capable of demonstrating a variety of tasks related to the legal environment. The manager provides a high level of quality while maximizing productivity. Previous office management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing and coordinating a staff and workflow in a professional environment
• Management and coordination of logistics.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Receive all incoming mail and packages. Process according to specific SOPs and internal delivery controls.
• Assist customers with print jobs, mail, shipping and receiving packages.
• Manage and complete print requests
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Proper processing of required paperwork.

Qualifications:

• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Proficient in Office applications, including Outlook, Fiery Impose and Compose, Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Publisher
