The Role

As Lead Process Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Deckers’ enterprise transformation, partnering with business, technology, and transformation teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes that drive strategic initiatives. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding complex cross-functional work, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and championing organizational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will deliver scalable, standardized, and business-value-driven solutions that shape the future of Deckers’ operations.

Impact
  • Lead discovery, process assessment, and future-state design by guiding stakeholders through process definition, requirements, and value opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to drive alignment, resolve process gaps, and clarify trade-offs.
  • Drive enterprise process harmonization by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, optimize, and govern business operations.
  • Conduct root-cause, gap, and process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of process variation.
  • Translate future-state process designs into clear business and solution requirements, user stories, process flows, and business cases.
  • Perform change impact assessments across people, process, technology, data, and organizational dimensions.
  • Develop and maintain business documentation supporting solution design, testing, training, adoption, and governance.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution, building consensus across diverse audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending and prioritizing process enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and business value.
  • Monitor process outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Support solution validation, testing, go-live readiness, and adoption, partnering with change, training, and business teams.
Who You Are
  • Experienced process leader with 6-8 years in business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, or transformation programs.
  • Skilled in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business process design, organizational change, and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage competing priorities across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence decisions and build consensus across diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline required.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Change Management, or Process Excellence certifications preferred.
  • Proficient in business analysis, process mapping, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Experience operating within a global, multi-brand organization preferred.
