Order Entry Specialist

Job Title

Pay Range: $21.66hr - $26.66hr

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.
• Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.
• Team player with a winning attitude.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Prior SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
• Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect the organization’s commitment to excellence.
• Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies.
• Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
• Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
• Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle.
• Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
• Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.
