We are seeking a  
** Digital CRM Solutions Administrator
** to play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our CRM platform and supporting the digital processes that enable our teams to deliver results. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and user support.

As our CRM environment continues to evolve, we need a dedicated professional who can ensure system stability, optimize workflows, and help drive adoption of digital tools across the organization. You will serve as a trusted resource for business stakeholders, partnering closely with IT, Digital Operations, and end users to maintain a reliable and efficient CRM experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering CRM workflows, troubleshooting complex system and process issues, and identifying opportunities to improve data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency. Your ability to analyze challenges, recommend solutions, and execute enhancements will directly contribute to business performance and user satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term improvement initiatives. ** We're looking for someone who has:*
* + A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

+ 5 to 7+ years of experience in CRM administration, business systems, or digital operations.

+ Hands-on experience supporting CRM configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and data management.

+ Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system enhancements from concept through implementation.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

+ Experience working with CRM platforms such as  
** Salesforce, SAP C4C, or Microsoft Dynamics** .

** Preferred qualifications include:*
* + Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.

+ Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Lightning Platform.

+ Experience supporting integrations between CRM and ERP systems, such as SAP.

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.

+

Experience with in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
