Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a leading senior care provider in Schuylkill Haven, is seeking a highly motivated and organized BOM Business Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business office, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our 142-bed facility.

BOM Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation

• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, banks, and other external partners

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

• Supervise and train staff members to ensure effective performance and departmental efficiency

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless operations and communication

BOM Business Office Manager Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare business office setting preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

• Familiarity with nursing home billing and coding principles and HIPAA regulations
