Vail Resorts in the mountains is hiring a Lift Operator for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 program. Starting wage is $20/hr with full-time and part-time shifts, and housing may be available. No prior experience required as training is provided.
You will ensure safety during loading/unloading and deliver friendly guest service in a dynamic mountain environment. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, weekends and holidays, and handle high guest volumes.
