What You'll Do

• Lead and own critical projects or key work streams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.

What You Bring

• A track record of delivering results in dynamic environments-minimum three years of related experience, with at least one year leading projects.
• Financial Services or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
• Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
• Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.
• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills - you're a natural collaborator and motivator.
