ERP and Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, SQL, and Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ERP implementation and support our accounting functions through robust data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective ERP implementation.
• Analyze financial data and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
• Create data models and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Assist in training users on reporting tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
