Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to executive leadership. This role will help drive organizational priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business goals.
+ Coordinate and manage high-priority projects across multiple departments.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
+ Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
+ Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
+ Support operational improvements and process optimization efforts.
+ Manage special projects and provide executive support as needed.
+ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, business management, or a related role.
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
