Position Overview- Serve as a Project Coordinator, partnering with technical leads on assigned projects
- Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans, incorporating changes and analyzing week-over-week variances and critical path impacts
- Coordinate meetings, gather tasks from team members, and drive action items to completion
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable steps for the team
- Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends and support decision-making
- Client-facing position, working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience required
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence
