Childcare Teacher - Toddlers

Do you love working with little ones? We're looking for Childcare Teachers for our toddler classrooms in Mars, PA! If you're passionate about helping toddlers learn, grow, and explore the world around them, we'd love to meet you.

• Competitive Pay: $14–$18/hour (based on experience & education)

• No late nights or weekends! Enjoy evenings, weekends & major holidays off

• Flexible schedules:

  • 4 days/week (10-hour shifts), OR

  • 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)

• Paid Time Off:

  • 1 week your first year

• At least 2 years of childcare experience (babysitting counts!)

• Familiar with early childhood best practices

• Friendly, playful, and great at leading activities

• Strong communicator with kids, parents, and staff

• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get trained with us)

• Able to meet licensing requirements (clearances, health checks, etc.)
