What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate lessons
  • Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through play and learning
  • Supervise and engage toddlers in daily activities and routines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
  • Communicate with families about their child’s day and development
  • Assist with diapering, meals, and other caregiving routines

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
  • A nurturing, energetic, and dependable personality
  • Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
