We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable person to join our team as an Asphalt Paving Roller Operator. Paving Roller Operators are expected to successfully meet quality compaction standards on residential, commercial, public, and private job sites in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.

The Paving Roller Operator position has excellent potential for growth and advancement and is well suited to the individual looking to grow their career in the trade industry.

The ideal Asphalt Paving Roller Operator candidate is expected to do or learn the following:

• Operate a paving roller to compact asphalt and achieve smooth surfaces
• Work closely with the paving crew to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safe and optimal operation
• Help the crew perform paving related tasks such as raking, shoveling, and luting
• Follow safety regulations and job site protocols

Salary / Hourly Wage: starting at $27.00 / hr based on experience.
