Overview

Estimator - $75,000 to $95,000 plus bonus. Great opportunity to join an established, family-owned construction services business with a 40+ year track record of growth and success as an Estimator. This position is open based on the upcoming retirement of the incumbent.

The Estimator will provide detailed project cost analysis to ensure accurate estimates, proposals and profitable jobs. The Estimator will work on a variety of jobs - both small and large - ranging up to $5+ million. The Estimator role is a highly collaborative position in which you will work with both prospective customers, vendors and internal employees - including Project Managers.

• The Estimator will provide detailed project cost analysis to ensure accurate estimates, proposals and profitable jobs. The Estimator will work on a variety of jobs - both small and large - ranging up to $5+ million. The Estimator role is a highly collaborative position in which you will work with both prospective customers, vendors and internal employees - including Project Managers.

• Prior experience working in the HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting specialties is preferred.
• Understanding of the design-build and plan/spec processes, including subcontractor and supplier relationships is preferred.
