Project Manager – Commercial Mechanical Projects

A well-established and growing mechanical contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC / plumbing / piping projects from award through closeout. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the field, owns project financials, and thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment.

• Managing mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating with other trades
• Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Coordinating closely with foremen and field leadership
• Communicating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Managing billing, pay applications, and ensuring timely project completion

• Experience as a Project Manager with a mechanical contractor (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or MEP)
• Strong understanding of jobsite execution and construction sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining financial control
• Experience with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, etc.)
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable making decisions
