A.H. Cornell & Son INC. is a 4th generation company established in 1954, located in Jamison, PA. The company provides a range of services including site earthwork, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, milling and paving, and demolition.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on‑site role for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take‑offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. We are looking for someone to help produce bids, talk with clients and manage site development projects. Must be proficient in Excavation, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Water main installation/ pricing.
Qualifications- 2-3 Years Experience in Civil Site Work, Utilities, and Paving Cost Estimation
- Civil Construction Estimating and Quantity Take‑offs skills
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Jamison, PA
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus
