About Eagle Ridge Builders, LLC is a faith-based, family-owned construction company founded in 2016 that specializes in custom barns and equestrian facilities. From small custom garages to large horse barns, we focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding customer expectations. We operate with up-to-date tools and a clean, positive work environment where employees are respected and heard.
What You'll Do as a Construction Driver / Laborer- Drive a pickup truck to and from local job sites and occasionally pull a trailer.
- Learn framing, roofing, and siding through on-the-job training while working with the crew.
- Load materials and tools at the start of each day.
- Work on general construction tasks at active job sites.
- Clean up the job site and secure materials at the end of the day.
- Travel to job sites within a 2-hour radius, with occasional out-of-town work.
- Experienced or Willing to Learn: Construction, roofing, or framing experience is a plus. We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates who are driven and willing to learn.
- Licensed: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid PA driver’s license and a clean driving record. Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
- Dependable: Shows up on time, works steadily throughout the day, and follows through on responsibilities.
- Team-Oriented: Works well with a small crew, communicates clearly, and treats coworkers, customers, and equipment with care.
- Active: Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
- Must provide basic hand tools and a tool belt.
- $24-$32 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time position, typically 6:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. based on travel (meet at the shop around 5:50 a.m.) - Primarily local work
