Site Foreman

Schlouch Incorporated has been Eastern Pennsylvania's leading commercial, public and residential site preparation specialist since 1983 is still growing. We have an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Site Foreman to work on job sites located within a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA. If you're a hands-on quality driven Site Foreman with 3+ yrs of experience leading site preparation work, preferably in sanitary, storm, and water main installation we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Qualifications for a Site Foreman:

• Lead site prep crews and daily operations
• Coordinate grading, excavation, and utility work
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Read plans and communicate with project team
• Site prep or civil construction experience
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read plans
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid Driver's License Required
