Schlouch Inc has an immediate need for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to run paving operations and lead crews in the field. The Asphalt Paving Foreman role is a working foreman position ideal for someone who can take ownership of production, safety, and job performance on jobsites within a 75-mile radius of our shop located in Blandon, PA. Lead the crew.

Responsibilities:
- Lead paving crews and drive production, quality, and safety
- Coordinate daily operations (materials, trucking, equipment)
- Track production, quantities, and job progress
- Read plans, specs, and manage jobsite execution
- Communicate with PMs, inspectors, and team members
- Manage crew performance and approve timesheets
- Operate screed as needed
- 3-7+ years asphalt paving experience with leadership
- Proven ability to run a crew and hit production targets
- Strong knowledge of paving operations and equipment
- Ability to read plans and track quantities
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Salary Range: starting at $34.00/hr;
