Construction Project Administrator
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 base + bonus eligibility

- Opportunity to help shape and improve processes, templates, and workflows
- Office-based role with consistent schedule and minimal travel
- Support Project Managers and project teams across multiple construction projects
- Manage and maintain all project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout files)
- Coordinate document control workflows and track approvals and deadlines
- Assist with subcontract and vendor administration, compliance, and COI tracking
- Support billing, invoicing, pay applications, and cost documentation
- Track project logs and support closeout packages and turnover documentation
- 3+ years of construction project administration experience
- Prior experience in a construction or contracting environment (required)
- Familiarity with construction software;
Trimble Vista/Spectrum strongly preferred - High school diploma required (college not required)
