You're Role in the Blueprint:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to support our growing construction division. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and crew members to help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up. What You'll Build:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow directions from foremen and crew leads to keep projects on schedule
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed
- Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites

- Prior construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
