Key Responsibilities
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Oversee field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, inspections, and testing activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, timecards, photos, drawings, and RFIs.
- Support scheduling, preconstruction planning, and ongoing progress updates.
- Identify and resolve project issues, including discrepancies, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions.
- Lead meetings, manage punch list completion, and coordinate project closeout activities.
