Asphalt Paving Laborer

We have an immediate need for a hardworking, dependable Asphalt Paving Laborers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Assist asphalt paving crews on commercial, municipal, and residential projects
- Rake, lute, shovel, and compact asphalt materials
- Support paving equipment operators and screed personnel
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and traffic control duties
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
- Construction or paving experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals
- Experience running screed is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $23.50/hr to $34.00/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
Location:
Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
