About Us

Deck Craft Plus, LLC is a family-owned, faith-based construction company serving Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey since 2004. We design and build custom outdoor living spaces from new deck installations to re-decking, pergolas, porches, outdoor kitchens, patios, hardscaping, and other high-end backyard projects. Our mission is to treat clients like family while creating a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and equipped for long-term success.

What You'll Do as a Construction Worker / Driver

• Drive the crew, equipment, and materials safely to and from job sites using company trucks and trailers.
• Load trucks and trailers each morning to ensure the crew has the tools and materials needed for the day.
• Build custom decks, pergolas, porches, outdoor living spaces, and outdoor kitchens alongside an experienced crew.
• Install structural components from foundation through finish, including digging footers, framing, decking, and finishing details.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment while maintaining a safe and organized job site.
• Support your crew members throughout each project, working together to deliver the high-quality craftsmanship customers expect.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job site materials with care and professionalism.
• Travel to local job sites throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey while returning home each evening.

Our Ideal Construction Worker / Driver

• Experienced:
  Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in the trade.
• Safe Driver:
  At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean 5-year driving record, and confidence driving a pickup truck and trailer.
• Hardworking:
  Enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and contributing to quality projects from start to finish.
• Team-Oriented:
  Works well with others, values collaboration, and contributes to the positive, fun-loving atmosphere of the crew.
• Capable:
  Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as carrying materials, digging, climbing, and operating hand tools.
• Values-Driven:
  Takes pride in quality workmanship, treats others with respect, and appreciates a faith-based company that values both its customers and employees.

Requirements
