Operations Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Overview
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support large‑scale transmission and substation projects within the utility sector. This individual will oversee the full construction lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all construction activities for transmission and substation projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Procure materials, equipment, and services as needed
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across all job sites
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and field personnel
- Strong background managing utility construction projects
- Experience supporting transmission, distribution, or substation projects
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams
- Knowledge of electrical systems and utility construction practices
- Ability to work in both office and field‑based environments
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a driver’s license and will be driving own vehicle

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Berwyn, PA
PayThe pay range for this position is $60.00–$85.00/hr.
