The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead earthwork, roadwork, and self-performed operations on large civil projects in Pennsylvania. You will schedule field crews, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion while maintaining Lane values and safety standards.
You will supervise grading, drainage, paving, structures, and subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and estimators, and mentor foremen and craft workers.
