• Plan and coordinate design, estimating, and subcontract buy‑out processes.
• Act as the primary client contact, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead project and client management activities from concept design to final punch‑list and close‑out.

Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management of all on‑site operations.

• Plan and coordinate specialty contractors to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain onsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Review and approve project drawings, materials, and essential paperwork.
• Communicate transparently with owners and the project team.
• Delegate tasks, lead job meetings, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
