PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PSR-SQS-TEL) based in Telford to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. The role will be project and site based with office in Telford and projects across the Midlands.
You will be responsible for robust cost/value reporting, cash flow, cost forecasting, and commercial plans, while managing subcontractor procurement and ensuring appropriate contract terms. A degree in QS/Construction Management and NEC/JCT familiarity are required.
