Safety Specialist

Haz Tek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Spring House, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you're passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conducting daily safety meetings
• Completing accident reports and conducting accident investigations
• Ensuring all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Performing daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspecting power tools and heavy equipment

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required, OSHA 510 highly preferred
• First Aid/CPR certified
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Excellent verbal and written skills
