• Coordinates with bidding and estimating to provide a technical submission review and integration with pricing effort on all design-build projects.
• Manages the Lane Survey Department.
• Manages Lane temporary construction works.
• Provides BIM for project estimating.
• Deploys Bentley bid item level takeoff solution.
• Implements prioritization mechanism for temporary construction works.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in estimating or engineering in heavy civil construction industry
