Description- Plans, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering daily activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors.
- Prepares monthly Owner pay estimates, reviews subcontractor pay requests after updating the Project CPM schedule.
- Prepares and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Director's/Manager's review and approval.
- Prepares and leads weekly staff and regular review meetings.
- Manages project document control procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree
