Senior Construction Superintendent – Luxury Residential (Full-Time) - Bucks County, PA
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily jobsite operations and construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and project progress
- Identify and resolve construction issues and field conflicts
- Maintain site safety, organization, and documentation
- Coordinate inspections and oversee punch-list completion
- Collaborate with project management to meet project milestones
- 7–10+ years of residential construction supervision experience
- High-end custom home construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential building systems, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
