Pre-Engineered Building Erector (No Experience Required)

Our client specializes in the construction of compressor buildings for the oil and gas industry throughout the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions. Their expertise also extends to commercial projects, including office buildings, sports facilities, warehouses, and other pre-engineered metal buildings.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal buildings using bolted construction methods (no welding required)
• Read and follow construction drawings and installation plans
• Install structural steel components, wall panels, roof systems, insulation, doors, and trim
• Safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Travel to job sites as needed

• Comfortable performing physical work, climbing ladders, and lifting materials

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $22/hour, with compensation open for discussion based on experience and qualifications
• Performance review after 60 days with the opportunity for a wage increase based on performance, teamwork, and long-term commitment
• Paid lodging, per diem, and gas for required out-of-town work
• FR (flame-resistant) clothing allowance for work performed on gas sites
• New Hire Bonus Program:
• $250 after a successful 60-day review
• $250 after 120 days
• $500 after your one-year anniversary
• 401(k) with company match
• Health insurance through Local 549 beginning after your first week
• Company contributions of $4.36 per hour into your Local 549 annuity, helping you build long-term retirement savings
