Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania
Duration: 24-month contract with chances of further extensions
Job Summary: We are supporting a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager who can help drive complex construction work from planning through execution. Our team is looking for a candidate who can lead coordination, maintain schedule and budget control, and keep quality, safety, and stakeholder communication moving in the right direction.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to support successful delivery.
- Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors through all phases of construction activity.
- Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and issues, and support mitigation actions when needed.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, while coordinating documentation and updates with stakeholders and senior management.
- Must have 10+ years of aerial lines experience
- Ability to oversee multiple crews Ability to liaise between crews, PMs, engineers, and project construction management
- Must be available for an on‑site assignment in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Must be able to support construction project planning, coordination, and execution.
