Construction Manager

Location:
Various job sites (Office based in Berwyn, PA)

Job Type: Contract – 2 Years

Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week), primarily Monday–Friday; occasional nights and weekends based on crew schedules.

Note – Per diem or any Relocation is Not Offered by Client side

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Construction Manager (Aerial) to oversee aerial line construction activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between field crews, project managers, engineers, and construction management teams while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

• 10+ years of aerial line construction experience (required)
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple field crews
• Strong knowledge of utility construction safety and industry standards
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle

• Oversee daily aerial line construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
• Coordinate communication between crews, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders

• Utility industry experience

• Inability to enforce safety standards or stop work when required
• Lack of reliable transportation or required PPE
