A well-established,
family-owned commercial GC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong hotel/hospitality/multifamlyconstruction experience required
10+ years of commercial construction experience
Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $70M+
Background with multistory/multibuilding hotels, apartments or similar complex projects
Experience with
precast & post-tensioned concrete elevated decks
Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, buyout & subcontractor management
The RoleLead projects from contract award through completion
Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, RFIs, submittals, change orders & billing
Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors & field teams
Partner closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality & safety
Lead client/project meetings and mentor junior team members
