Job Duties & Responsibilities- Lead development of appropriate signage design and copy solutions within the brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling merchandise, services or related brand messages. Lead in-store branding efforts for store environment acting as point on all corporate graphics for all chains. Own Signage guidelines for the company.
- Provide non-judgmental critique and guidance to others and remain open to feedback. Act as key brand steward and champion in internal creative reviews. Participate in internal signage meetings and walks/reviews as necessary.
- Partner with an on-site vendor and other support functions to ensure the success of each project from a timing, budget and quality perspective. Drive the creative process for signage and related visual elements and champion process improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve merch vendor creative files.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Art/Design, Business, Communications, or Marketing. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 7 - 10 years of experience with 5+ yrs design management with proven track record in concept development/layout, brand standards, desktop publishing, creative project development and copywriting.
- Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite video tools - Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder.
- Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3d experience preferred (Sketch Up, 3d max).
- Strong digital design portfolio.
- AI image generation - Midjourney, Runway (Preferred).
- Animation & Video Web standards (Preferred).
- Time management skills with high degree of flexibility.
- Digital Video Production knowledge.
- Brand and digital design standards.
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
