With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.
The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the creation of visual assets that promote products, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand storytelling across multiple channels and platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design Execution- Assist in the design and production of visual assets for marketing, brand, and sales initiatives, including social media, digital advertising, website content, catalogs, print materials, and product collateral.
- Utilize established templates and brand guidelines to create and adapt graphics for U.S. and global markets.
- Adapt marketing assets for international regions by applying provided translations and localized content.
- Prepare, size, and format image and graphic files for various digital and print applications.
- Create supporting graphics, thumbnails, and overlay elements for video and multimedia content.
- Organize files, assets, and project materials while managing multiple assignments and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Apply principles of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency to design projects.
- Ensure design assets accurately reflect product information and marketing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with creative and brand team members, accepting feedback and incorporating revisions throughout the production process.
- Maintain visual brand standards and ensure consistency across all assigned projects.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative creative team environment and support shared department goals.
- Stay informed about current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across digital and print media.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education- One (1) to three (3) years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or professional experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding, and creative problem-solving across digital and print media.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, size, and format graphic and image files for both digital and print applications.
- Proven success working within established brand guidelines and creative templates to produce accurate, consistent deliverables.
- Experience supporting consumer brands, global marketing initiatives, or multi-region creative projects is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for visual communication and design.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys collaboration and is receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Passionate about learning and staying current with design trends, tools, and emerging creative practices.
- Understands how design supports marketing, branding, and business objectives.
- Working knowledge of common graphic and image file formats and production requirements.
- Curious about consumer behavior and interested in creating designs that connect with target audiences.
- Strong listening skills and ability to absorb project requirements, brand standards, and creative direction.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficient with
- Full Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint).
- Project management software (Wrike or ASANA preferred)
Familiar with:
- HTML and web design principles, a plus
- Corporate credit card management software, BILL Spend & Expense preferred.
- Payroll systems, Paycom preferred.
- Latest standards of post-production systems.
- Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new software with ease.
As business needs warrant:
