Location: Lafayette Park
Eataly North America is seeking an experienced Pastry Supervisor to oversee production for our pastry counters and restaurants. You will lead the pastry team, set schedules, provide feedback, train on Italian pastry techniques and coach staff toward excellence.
Ensure all products meet quality standards for portion, flavor, texture and presentation, while keeping the production area clean and on schedule. On-site role with evenings and weekends availability required.
