Associate Photographers are responsible for creating media for  and  They use a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital equipment, and an iPad to capture virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography. Each photographer has a core territory and works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management. Photography managers oversee the team remotely.

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for the company’s marketplaces.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and managers to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• When not photographing, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage and identify new inventory.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Stand, walk, and sit in a car for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment regularly.
• Perform occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
• Work outdoors in all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License (obtained within 30 days of offer).
• Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

Base Compensation: $49,000 – $50,000 (hourly) depending on location, skills, and performance.
